PIFA is an organized group of loyal Pearle Vision® franchisees whose mission is to support the interests of the Pearle Vision® franchisee community. We believe through partnering with the franchisor we can create a working culture of respect, fairness and mutual success. Our goal is to unify the Pearle Vision® franchisee community as one voice and to identify concerns, opportunities and solutions. Together we are one, clear and unified voice.

There has been much spirited dialogue about our owners association and affiliation with the AAFD. The founding members wish to make clear that we are proud Pearle Vision® franchise owners, and are not disgruntled malcontent. We hold the honest conviction, shared by many, that a strong owners association can do much to build on the success of Pearle Vision® and make us even better. The PIFA Chapter of the AAFD has been formed for positive reasons, following the course of many strong franchise systems that have become stronger by virtue of supporting strong owner associations.
